The Cocktail Club at Blue Bicycle Books

Jeremiah Schenzel at the Cocktail Club in Charleston, SC offered up this recipe for the cocktail served at the Field Guide launch event last week at Blue Bicycle Books. It's a perfect sipper to accompany some armchair traveling.
What the Doctor Ordered
1 ½ ounces Silver Rum
¼ ounce grapefruit juice
¼ ounce lime juice
¼ ounce pineapple juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Float of Blueberry Cheerwine Grenadine
Blueberries as needed
Combine all ingredients except grenadine into a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain over a large ice cube. Top with a float of the Blueberry Cheerwine Grenadine. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
