What You'll Need:
- 2 parts cucumber juice
- 1 part lime juice
- 1 part tequila
- Simple syrup (to taste)
- Club soda
- *Lime wedge for garnish (optional)
Step 1: Pour the tequila in a shaker filled with ice.
Step 2: Squeeze some lime juice into the shaker.
Step 3: Add the simple syrup.
Step 4: Add cucumber juice.
Step 5: Mix everything in the shaker and pour into a glass over more ice. Fill the rest of the glass with club soda.
Step 6: Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy with your copy of High-Proof PDX!
