Ever wondered why certain songs stick with you forever? A Mind-Full Music is your answer. This book is like a personal playlist that dives deep into how music shapes our lives. Author Chris Forhan shares his own musical journey, and you'll find yourself nodding along as you recognize your own experiences. From the songs that bring back old memories to the ones that lift your spirits, this book celebrates the magic of music and how it connects us all.

The book begins with a song drifting into the author’s mind, and it ends with that mind still in the midst of listening, waiting for a beat that will never come.
